Dr. Richa Arora, who is the Country Head of Regenesys Business School-India, is a Senior Educationalist with over 16 years of experience in setting-up and providing leadership to global education centers in India and African continent. She has extensive experience of handling marketing and business development activities; bringing multiple new products and courses to market; implementing winning distribution strategies; and forging lasting business relations with clients. She is specialist at streamlining business processes, delivering sustainable growth and above industry average profitability in a competitive business environment.
As a Professor of Marketing, Dr. Richa has more than 15 years of academic, research, institutional and administration expertise. Her experience spans four universities and multiple local and international institutions, boards and task teams. Her professional involvement in institutions has always been defined by three distinct engagements: the contest of ideas; their translation into actionable initiatives; and the building of institutions.
Qualification & Work
She is at present working as CEO and Country Head of Regenesys Business School and has worked with University of Seychelles and Symbiosis Center for Management Studies in various senior roles in the past. Prior to that, she has completed her B.E (Environmental), M.Sc. (Environmental), MBA, M.Phil (Marketing), Phd. (Marketing), and UGC- NET and JRF.
She was the Principal Investigator in two major research projects funded by CSIR and AICTE and Co Investigator for a couple of UGC sponsored projects. She has successfully organized nine academic events which include seminars, workshops and international conferences. Besides her illustrious academic and research exposure, she gained rich experience in administration by occupying important administrative positions.
Dr. Richa has held eminent positions in a number of premier national and international organisations such as Symbiosis International University and University of Seychelles dealing with administration and higher education in particular.
As an Assistant Professor at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, she was also involved in Teaching & Tutoring environmental Studies, Environmental Management, Principles of Management, Organizational Behavior, Marketing Research, Marketing Management I, Marketing Management II, Advertising Management, Consumer Behavior, Environmental science, Environment Management and Service Marketing to Graduate and Postgraduate students.

Dr. Richa has demonstrated an excellence by attaining 10X volume growth & 6X Revenue Growth in 2 years at Regenesys Business School and setting several new courses across Asia which includes curriculum design, content, faculty and assessment management.
At University of Seychelles, she effectively led a team of 200 sales and admin staff along with 5000 students, instrumentally improved sales across Seychelles from Rs. 10 Cr. to Rs 20 Cr. only from the corporate projects, and played a significant role in faculty management and managed operations of hiring, promotion, tenure and other forms of leave, salary increases, assignment and reassignment of academic / administrative duties & leadership in development of department
Dr. Richa Arora has also published 2 books on Marketing, 11 papers in International Journal, 15 papers in National Journal and 3 edited books. She has served on many advisory committees and panels sponsored by governmental and professional organisations.
