Raees Trailer: Only SRK can make Bad Look Good!

The teaser was released a year back, and the makers made us a long wait for to release the much-anticipating trailer of Raees, starring none other than Superstar Shah Rukh Khan in and as in the movie.

Now finally the most-awaited promo of the same has been released, in the most unique style ever, and after watching it, I am just not getting over from it!

Going by the trailer, the film is set in 1980s Gujarat and tells the story of the bootlegger Raees Alam (Shah Rukh Khan) whose business is highly challenged and eventually thwarted by a police officer, ACP Ghulam Patel (Nawazuddin Siddiqui).

raees-stillsThe trailer shows you a small preview of what the film is actually about – along with some superb dialogue deliveries by SRK and Nawaz, necessary masala ingredients to entertain the masses, and promising background music to add cherry on the cake (do not miss the instrumental of Laila O Laila here during the action sequences).

And yes not to forget, the trailer also gives you a sneak-peak of Sunny Leone’s item number, which will be reportedly a reprise of popular 80s song Laila O Laila.

On the whole, it’s a Baap of all Entertainment and promises to give a Blockbuster Film.

Earlier, ‘Raees’ was scheduled to release during EID this year, but got postponed to avoid clash with Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’. The makers then planned to release on 26th of January 2017, and unintentionally clashed with Hrithik Roshan’s ‘Kaabil’. However, the makers of ‘Kaabil’ the preponed the release a day earlier and announced it will be on screen by 25th Jan Evening.

Well, now to give a tough fight, makers of ‘Raees’ announced that the film will release and will be on screen by 25th Jan Morning itself. Now that’s something a truly tough-fight!

Directed by Rahul Dholakia and also starring Mahira Khan as a female lead starring opposite Shah Rukh Khan, ‘Raees’ is produced by Gauri Khan, Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under their banners Red Chillies Entertainment and Excel Entertainment.
